I'm getting rather print-happy!
As a final year student in law school, my schedule is pretty work-centric. Think early lectures, consecutive seminars and A LOT of reading. I get a lot of 'Wow! That must be hard!'s when I tell people what I'm studying, and I'm not going to lie, it is at times. I do think the Singaporean education system has prepped me really well for university, though, so I always try to put my studies first and be on the ball about studying.
I have a 13" Macbook Air, books, hand cream, gloves, and other beauty bits to carry around on a daily basis, so I was delighted when luxury workwear retailer Hawes & Curtis sent me this leather tote bag to fit everything inside! It's a great dupe for the signature Louis Vuitton bags (I was even asked by a friend when I got a LV bag), with a pretty cream stripe down the middle. The bag features a magnetic lock only, so it may not be the safest of bags to carry around a crowded street, although I always make sure to stuff valuables beneath my other belongings. I also love how roomy it is, as I can never find bags large enough to fit my Macbook.
Going with the brown of the bag, I donned my usual camel coat and played up the prints with this cute A-line skirt from Boohoo. It comes in two colours, but I prefer the orange one for its pop of colour and throwback to the sixties! It's super eye-catching, so I played down the rest of my outfit with black clothing for a 'working girl' look. All I needed was a Starbucks latte in one hand, and cateye glasses perched on my head!
What are your thoughts on this outfit? x

What a great outfit!! I love how you grounded the prints with neutrals. Hopefully your legal work-life won't hinder your gorgeous fashion expression!
